I support both new features and the kickoff of new ventures in product team roles, as a facilitator for specific phases, or as a sparring partner for product owners and executives.
How we create and collaborate is just as important as what we build. These workflows and lifecycles vary depending on the product, team, and organizational form. I (co-)design processes that align real user needs with clear business goals and the right tech stack, for teams to unlock creative collaboration and scalable, efficient operations.
How I work: Strategic Design, Service Design, Qualitative Research
Each project has unique requirements, and there is no one-size-fits-all method or framework. My priority is to gain a deep understanding, surfacing the problems that need to be addressed and involving key stakeholders early.
Making this basis visible, I then work collaboratively on an optimal strategy for moving forward.
Based on my experience, I value strategic work that is rooted in a solid understanding of the hands-on operational work and the people who do the work. This is why I prefer well-coordinated co-creation in a multidisciplinary team.
It might get messy, but that’s where the magic happens.
