Context

Unifying Mobile Banking a cross CEE

Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), a leading bank in Central and Eastern Europe, sought to enhance customer engagement and expand its regional mobile banking presence by introducing a new international mobile banking experience.

Role

Designing Ways of Working

My role focused on stakeholder alignment, bridging design and development workflows, and establishing UX and research capabilities. Acting as key account lead for the design agency Designit, I worked closely with product owners, product management, business owners, and the emerging in-house development unit, introducing new ways of working, enabling cross-disciplinary collaboration, and shaping a scalable product lifecycle from kick-off to international rollout.
